The cerecking.com shop sells a Cerek washer and accessories. These are the terms of purchase on this site.

Prices are in euro, one amount next to the product. How tax is shown is on the invoice. This site does not publish a tax identification number.

The cart is not yet a contract. An enquiry is a request for delivery to the address you give. A sale contract starts when PayPal payment is completed and the seller accepts the order for fulfilment.

Payment is handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. The site does not take card data. If the PayPal button does not lead to a payment, write to billing@cerecking.com. Do not treat a message on this page as proof of payment.

Delivery covers Poland and the rest of Europe. The delivery cost is not added in the cart, because we confirm it separately before payment. Withdrawal, the exception for an opened cleaner, and returns are on the delivery page. 1–2 days in Poland, up to 8 days in the rest of Europe.

Polish law is the law of the contract, without prejudice to mandatory rules in the consumer's country in the Union.
